How long will guests be sitting for?

Will your event include lots of speeches? Will your party or function include a sit-down meal with multiple courses? If so, opting for padded seats with suitable back support will provide much-needed comfort for your guests.

On the other hand, if the majority of your event is to involve lots of dancing, mingling and finger food, the comfort level of the provided seating shouldn’t be as much of a concern – bar stools are a great option in this case.

How old are your guests?
